Blade: 170 layer hand forged pattern-welded steel sandwiching 52100 roller bearing steel.  100% high carbon, repurposed steel.  Heat treated to 61-62 Rockwell hardness.

Handle: resin stabilized maple burl hand carved into a Japanese “wa” style handle.
