NOTE: all items are made from Carbon Steel and other natural materials that benefit from indoor storage.  Hand dry immediately after washing to prevent rust.  In unusually moist or acidic environments, you may need to periodically add a light coat of oil(linseed, veggie, mineral, etc...) to help protect materials. 

Sharpening and refinishing is available for little to no cost depending on the amount of work required.
